The incident occurred late on April 07, 2025, during a stormy night on its Alaskan cruise from Seattle to Juneau. Melissa Reynolds, a 42-year-old from Portland, Oregon, fell overboard from Deck 16 while photographing turbulent seas amid gale-force winds and towering swells.
