We sadly have to say goodbye to Ben Roethlisberger, one of the greatest symbols of the Pittsburgh Steelers. A legendary figure in our cherished club’s history, he leaves behind an incredible legacy that will forever be etched in the hearts of Steelers fans.
From the moment he was drafted in 2004, “Big Ben” embodied toughness, resilience, and the winning spirit of the Steelers. Over an 18-year career, he led the team to two Super Bowl victories (XL and XLIII) and became one of the most prolific quarterbacks in NFL history. His ability to extend plays, shake off defenders, and deliver clutch performances made him a nightmare for opponents and a hero in Pittsburgh.

Roethlisberger’s stats speak for themselves—over 64,000 passing yards, 418 touchdown passes, and six Pro Bowl selections—but his impact goes far beyond numbers. He was the heart and soul of the franchise, inspiring generations of Steelers players and fans alike. Whether it was a last-minute comeback, a deep touchdown pass, or simply his never-give-up attitude, Ben gave everything to the black and gold.
Now, as he steps away from the game, we honor and celebrate his contributions. His name will forever be spoken with reverence in Pittsburgh, his No. 7 jersey a symbol of excellence. Thank you, Big Ben, for the memories, the championships, and the legacy. You will always be a Steeler.
